Please be aware that the number of people in our area suffering with Covid 19 has risen at an alarming rate over the past two weeks.

It may be difficult but, for your safety and the safety of those you love, stay home and keep safe; if you have to go out, wear a mask and gloves and ensure that you socially distance at all times.

New lockdown regulations

We are sorry to announce that the Village Hall will once again be closed for all activities.

We will open again as soon as the Government instruct us it is safe to do so.

DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS

Please be aware that the Belcher Close Play Area has been closed until the Parish Council can arrange for a deep clean of the equipment. This is necessary BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS SMEARED EXCREMENT ON THE SLIDE. Can you believe that anyone would do something so disgusting?

Defibrillator Manager

The Parish Council are looking for a volunteer who would be willing to look after the defibrillator cabinet and report any usage to the clerk or the requirement for new pads in it so that it can be maintained well and always ready for use if required.

Cardboard collections
We're pleased to confirm that cardboard collections will be returning on a monthly basis from Tuesday 23 June. These collections will alternate fortnightly with the monthly garden waste collections that also returned recently on a monthly basis.
